Brands we work with

Which ones serve you depends on your address.

Provider names are trademarks of their owners. Simexa is an independent retailer, not the provider.

For households nationwide. Each line connects you with the providers that serve it, and one Simexa specialist coordinates every stop.

How to choose

Simexa gives your household one place to explore home internet, postpaid wireless, TV, home security and, in eligible markets, electricity, from national providers and regional networks. A few principles make the whole set easier to choose and easier to live with.

  1. 01

Start with your address, not an ad

What you can buy depends on the networks and markets that reach your home. Checking the exact address first saves you from comparing plans you cannot get.

  2. 02

    Get the internet right first

Streaming TV, smart home devices, security cameras and Wi-Fi calling all ride on your internet connection. A reliable connection with enough upload speed makes every other service work better.

  3. 03

Bundle only when it adds up

A bundle can simplify billing and sometimes lowers the price, but it can also tie services to one contract. Compare the bundle's total, after promotions, against the best separate options.

  4. 04

    Read past the first year

Promotional prices end, equipment can carry its own fees and contracts can renew. Look at what each service costs over the time you plan to keep it, not just the first bill.

  5. 05

    Plan moves early

Moving is the easiest time to change providers. Share your new address as soon as you have it, so service can be ready the day you arrive.

Questions about home services

Which home services can Simexa help with?

Home internet from national and regional networks, postpaid mobile plans from AT&T and Verizon, TV including DIRECTV, YouTube TV and Verizon Fios TV where offered, home security from Vivint and ADT, and electricity in eligible customer-choice markets such as Texas. We check what serves your address, compare the options with you and coordinate the order with the provider.

Do I have to buy everything through Simexa?

No. You can compare one service or all of them, keep the providers you are happy with and change only what you want. There is no minimum and no commitment to us.

Should I bundle internet, TV and mobile?

Sometimes. A bundle can simplify billing and may reduce the total, but it can also lock services to one contract. We compare the bundle's total cost after promotions with the best separate options so you can decide.

How long does it take to get set up?

It depends on the service and the provider. Some services can be activated quickly or installed by you, while others need a technician visit scheduled by the provider. We give you the timing for each option before you choose.

I am moving. Can you set up services at my new address?

Yes. Give us the new address and your move date, and we check what serves it and coordinate setup so service is ready when you arrive. Tell your current providers when you plan to stop service at the old address.

I rent. Can I still choose my own providers?

Usually, yes, though some buildings have wiring or agreements that limit the options, and installations that drill or mount equipment may need your landlord's permission. We check what serves your unit and what installation involves.

Does Simexa charge a fee?

No. Simexa adds no fee and no markup of its own: you see the plans and promotions available through the provider's sales channel. Provider taxes, equipment, installation and other service charges may still apply. Providers compensate us when you order through us.

Who handles my service and billing afterwards?

The provider you choose installs or activates the service, supports it and bills you directly. We help with the order and coordinate the setup, and you can come back to us whenever you move or want to explore another service.

Find your stop.
