Are these the prices I will pay?

Each plan shows its monthly price and what it includes: the AutoPay and paperless billing discount, an as-low-as or starting price, or a switch discount. Taxes, fees, equipment and installation can add to it, and the price can depend on the address. We confirm the final price before you order.

How do I know if Kinetic serves my address?

Is Kinetic the same as Windstream?

Kinetic is Windstream's brand for home and business internet. Through Simexa you find both on the Kinetic pages.

Does it cost anything to use Simexa?

No. Simexa does not add a markup; you pay the carrier's prices. Carrier taxes and fees still apply.

As low as $39.99 Fiber Internet Eligibility: To be eligible, must be a new Kinetic Broadband Internet customer (i.e., you have not received Kinetic Internet service within the past 30 days). Price varies by service availability and your location may qualify for $49.99. Everyday price is based on 300Mbps service (and includes $5/mo. AutoPay bill credit). AutoPay Credit requires separate enrollment. Register for AutoPay though the Go Kinetic Portal (www.gokinetic.com/gokinetic) or by calling a service representative at 877-807-9463. After enrollment, $5 AutoPay bill credit may take up to two billing cycles to reflect on the bill. Taxes, fees, surcharges and equipment fees may apply and are not included in everyday price. Additional restrictions may apply.

99.9% Service Availability: As measured by Kinetic from Mar. 2023 to Dec. 2025, Kinetic service reliability is calculated by dividing Available Customer Hours by Total Customer Hours, excluding planned maintenance, emergencies (like hurricanes, winter storms, floods), and other uncontrollable events.

Equipment: Monthly equipment fees may apply. Kinetic-provided modems support in-home Wi-Fi; actual device speeds may be lower than advertised or service plan speeds. Modem equipment must be returned upon termination; a $100 fee may apply if not returned.

Whole Home Wi-Fi Set Up: Whole Home Wi-Fi installation utilizes the Kinetic Gateway (modem), Wi-Fi extenders (as needed), & Wi-Fi capable devices to connect to the home’s network.

Whole Home Wi-Fi: The standard rate for Kinetic Wi-Fi Gateway is $10.99/month. Kinetic Fiber & Kinetic DSL customers may receive up to 2 Kinetic Wi-Fi Extenders for $10.00/month if not included in service plan. Each additional Kinetic Wi-Fi Extender is $5.00/month if not included in service plan. Technicians use 20-point Wi-Fi checklist to optimize home network connectivity. Taxes, fees, and surcharges are applicable. Other restrictions may apply.

Reward Card Offer: Reward Card value varies on plan selected; not all plans qualify: $50 for 1Gig Service, $100 for 2Gig Service & $300 for Max bundled 1Gig or higher plans. Open to new Kinetic Broadband Internet customers who haven’t had Kinetic Internet in the last 30 days. Subject to service activation of qualified plan and good standing of at least 90 days. Prepaid Mastercard: After eligibility has been confirmed, determined in Kinetic’s sole discretion, customer will receive a redemption email and can choose immediate electronic delivery or a physical card by mail. If physical card delivery is selected, a $3 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the amount of the card and the card will ship within 5-7 business days.
