Cookie Policy

Which cookies and similar technologies simexa.io uses, why, and how you control them. The table below is generated from the same list our site code uses, so it shows what is actually in use.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and small scripts (sometimes called pixels or tags) that send information about your visit to another company. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.

How we group them

  • Strictly necessary: needed for the site to work and to remember your privacy choices. These cannot be turned off.
  • Functional: remember which campaign link brought you here during your visit, so an inquiry you send is credited correctly.
  • Analytics: help us understand how the site is used. Used only if you allow them.
  • Marketing and advertising: measure which ads lead to inquiries and let ad platforms show you relevant ads. Used only if you allow them.

We only list a category on our consent controls if something in that category is actually in use on the site.

"Not in use" means the technology is supported by our site but switched off. It does not run and sets nothing. If we switch it on, the table changes and, where your choice is needed, we ask you first.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure page views and performance without cookies and without identifying you across sites.

Your choices

  • Use "Cookie settings" in the footer, or the Your Privacy Choices page, to turn optional categories on or off at any time. Turning a category off deletes its cookies on simexa.io and stops it from running.
  • If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, and marketing cookies stay off.
  • Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the site from remembering your choices.
  • Some cookies are set by other companies on their own domains (for example Meta's "fr" cookie on facebook.com). We cannot delete those; you can remove them in your browser or in that company's settings.

We keep your choice for up to 12 months, or until we change this policy in a way that needs a new choice from you.

Do Not Track

There is no common standard for responding to browser "Do Not Track" signals, so we do not respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals as described above.
