Brands we work with
Which ones serve you depends on your address.
Provider names are trademarks of their owners. Simexa is an independent retailer, not the provider.
From one location to hundreds. Each line connects you with the providers that serve it, and one Simexa specialist coordinates every stop.
How to choose
Simexa gives a business one point of contact across a broad supplier network: national carriers, regional fiber operators and specialized technology suppliers for internet, dedicated connectivity, voice, networking, wireless, IoT, security, TV and energy. Services accumulate, so treating them as one portfolio makes them easier to manage and to improve.
- 01
Start with an inventory
List every location, service, account and contract end date. It shows what you pay for, what is about to renew and where the gaps are.
- 02
Connectivity first, with a backup
Payments, phones, cameras and cloud software all depend on the internet connection. Where downtime is costly, plan a second path, such as a different provider, fixed wireless, or business 5G or LTE backup.
- 03
Line up renewal dates
Contracts that end together are easier to compare and renegotiate. Note notice periods and auto renewal terms so you can act before they roll over.
- 04
Standardize where it helps
The same setup at every site simplifies support, but the best provider can differ by location. Compare site by site, then decide where consistency is worth it.
- 05
Know who to call
Keep a record of each provider's support channel and account details for the services it delivers. For new services, added locations and comparisons at renewal, Simexa can be your single point of contact.
Questions about business services
Which business services can Simexa help with?
Business internet, dedicated internet access and enterprise fiber, voice and networking, business wireless, IoT connectivity, business security, TV for business, commercial electricity in eligible markets and natural gas procurement in select markets. We source from national carriers, regional networks and specialized suppliers, compare what serves each location and coordinate the orders.
Can you help with several locations at once?
Yes. We work with businesses from one location to many. We check what serves each address and coordinate the rollout so you are not managing every provider on your own.
Do you replace our IT team or managed service provider?
No. We help you choose and order services and coordinate setup with the providers. Your IT team or partner keeps running your network and devices, and we work alongside them.
We are under contract with a provider. Can you still help?
Yes. We can compare options now and line up the change for when your current terms end, or show you the cost of switching early so you can weigh it. Your contract's terms decide what is possible.
Can Simexa help with a backup connection?
Yes. We evaluate backup connectivity alongside your primary service: a second wired provider, fixed wireless, or business 5G or LTE where available. A backup from a different provider or technology lowers the chance that one problem takes a site offline. Whether failover is automatic depends on the service and equipment proposed, so we confirm it in each quote.
How long does business service take to install?
It varies. Some services can be activated quickly, while new wired service may need a site survey, building access or construction, which the provider schedules. We share each option's expected timing before you choose.
Does Simexa charge a business a fee?
No extra Simexa markup. You get the pricing available through the provider's channel, under the provider's terms, and provider taxes, equipment and installation charges may apply. For vendor onboarding, we can provide a W-9, a certificate of insurance and applicable contract documentation.
Who supports our services after installation?
Each provider, or its contracted vendor, delivers, supports and bills the services it provides. We help with the orders and coordination, and we remain your point of contact for new services, added locations and the next comparison.
Find your stop.
