Accessibility Statement

Simexa LLC is working to make simexa.io accessible and usable for people with disabilities. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium.

• Build pages with semantic HTML, a logical heading order and descriptive link text.
• Support full keyboard use with a visible focus indicator.
• Give meaningful images text alternatives and label every form field.
• Design for readable color contrast in both light and dark modes.
• Respect your device's reduced-motion setting: animations are removed or reduced, and no content depends on animation.
• Keep content visible and usable even if JavaScript fails to load.
• Make our cookie and privacy controls fully keyboard and screen-reader accessible.
• Test with automated tools and by hand (keyboard and screen reader) before releasing major changes.

This website is new and still being built. We test as we go, but we have not completed a full independent audit, so we do not claim full conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA. Known limitations will be listed here as we find them.

Some features come from other companies, for example provider websites we link to and scheduling or messaging tools. We choose accessible options where we can, but we cannot fully control their accessibility.
