Legal and safetyWhen required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business.

Booking a meeting: the scheduler on our Contact page is Google Calendar appointment scheduling, shown from Google's servers. When you book, the name, email address and phone number you enter and the time you choose go to Google and to the Simexa team, who receive the booking in our team calendar and use it to hold the meeting and follow up on your request. Google may set its own cookies while the scheduler is shown (see our Cookie Policy), and Google's Privacy Policy applies to Google's own use of information. If you prefer not to use Google, call or email us, or send the form on our Contact page, and we will arrange a time with you.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing without your consent.

Sale and sharing of personal information

We do not sell your personal information for money. When you ask us to order a service, we give your details to the provider you chose; that disclosure is made at your direction to fulfill your request.

If you allow marketing cookies, ad platforms receive information about your visit. Some state laws, including California's, treat that as "sharing" or "targeted advertising". You can opt out at any time on Your Privacy Choices or with "Cookie settings" in the footer, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out. Marketing cookies are off unless you turn them on.

Calls, texts and email

  • When you submit a request, we contact you about it by phone or email.
  • We send marketing calls or texts only if you agree separately. Agreeing is never a condition of purchase.
  • Text STOP to any of our texts to stop them, or HELP for help. You can also ask us by phone or email; we honor opt-outs made by any reasonable means.
  • Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and our postal address.
  • We check national and state do-not-call lists before marketing calls where the law requires.

Cookies and tracking

Our Cookie Policy lists every cookie and similar technology simexa.io uses, kept current from the site's own configuration. Optional analytics and marketing technologies stay off until you allow them. We do not use session-replay tools, and we do not let ad tags read what you type into forms.

Do Not Track: browsers' "Do Not Track" signals have no common standard, so we do not respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) as described above. Third parties may collect information about your online activity across websites only if you allow marketing cookies.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we hold about you, and get a copy.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your information, subject to legal exceptions (for example records we must keep).
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information and of targeted advertising.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
  • Appeal our decision on your request.
  • Not be treated differently for using these rights.

We honor these requests from all U.S. residents, whether or not a state law requires it.

How to make a request: use the form on Your Privacy Choices, email admin@simexa.io, or call (214) 774-2360. We will confirm your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days when necessary, with notice). To protect you, we verify your identity by matching information we already have before we share or delete anything; opt-out requests do not need verification. You may use an authorized agent, who must show your written permission. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision; we answer appeals within 60 days and, if you live in a state that provides it, tell you how to contact your attorney general.

California residents

This section adds California-specific information. In the last 12 months we collected the categories listed in the notice at collection above, from the sources above, for the purposes above. We disclosed identifiers, contact details and order details to the providers you chose and to our service providers for business purposes. If you allowed marketing cookies, identifiers and internet activity were shared with Google and Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

Shine the Light: we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes without your consent.

Texas and other states

Residents of Texas and other states with consumer privacy laws can use the rights and request methods above. We will not sell sensitive personal information without your consent.

How we protect information

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls that limit who can see customer information, secure hosting providers, and server-side protection of credentials. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, or sell or share information of consumers under 16. If you believe a child gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

This website is intended for people and businesses in the United States, and our systems are located there. Some business solutions are available outside the United States through our providers. If you contact us from another country, your information is processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We review this policy at least once a year and when our practices change. The "Last updated" date shows the current version; for material changes we will post a notice on the site.
