simexa.io is operated by Simexa LLC, 1400 Preston Rd, Fourth Floor, PMB #605, Plano, TX 75093 ("Simexa", "we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Simexa is an independent retailer. We help households and businesses compare and order services from third-party providers, such as internet, wireless, TV, security and retail energy companies, and we coordinate setup. We are not a carrier, internet service provider, TV provider, utility, retail electric provider or security company, and we do not own or operate their networks or services.

Services you order are provided, billed and supported by the provider you choose, under that provider's own terms, pricing and policies, which you accept with the provider. Providers typically compensate Simexa for orders; our consultation is free to you.

Availability, speeds, pricing, promotions and terms are set by each provider and depend on your address, the provider, network coverage, your market, product eligibility and any regulatory or contractual limits; they can change without notice. Energy plans are offered only in eligible deregulated markets, and international solutions only where a provider supports them. Information on this site, including results of an address check, is for general guidance and is not a guarantee of availability, price or eligibility. The final terms are the ones the provider confirms when you order.

Promotions are subject to the provider's eligibility rules, end dates and conditions (for example autopay, equipment, installation or activation fees, taxes and contract terms), which we will show with the offer.

• Give accurate information when you contact us or request service, and only submit information about yourself or someone who has authorized you.
• Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it in bulk, or submit spam or false requests.
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful.

When you submit a request, you ask us to contact you about it by phone or email. We send marketing calls or text messages only if you separately agree, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time, for example by replying STOP to a text. Agreeing is never a condition of purchase. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

The site's content and design belong to Simexa or its licensors. Provider names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are used to identify their services. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use; anything else needs our written permission.

Links to provider and other websites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties about the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

To the extent the law allows, Simexa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and is not responsible for services provided by third-party providers. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Dallas County, Texas have jurisdiction, except where the law of your state gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version; changes apply from that date to future use of the site.
